Facing large-scale electoral material demands, we employ a multi-site synchronized production strategy to ensure timely completion of tens or even hundreds of millions of ballots. Establishing overseas warehouses and localized printing points in client countries or neighboring nations not only shortens delivery cycles but also effectively responds to emergencies. Production of multiple categories for Tanzania’s 2024 elections is currently underway, and early-stage planning for Zambia’s 2026 elections has been initiated.
